TRENDnets TFC-1600 16-slot EIA-19" Rack-Mount Chassis System giver mulighed for op til 16 medie konvertere fra TRENDnets TFC serie. Designet med maksimum oppetid i øje, stiller TFC-1600 chassiet med dual fan afkøling og mulighed for redundant strømforsyning. Ydermere, har TFC-1600 Plug'N'Play og Hot-Swap features så man kan skifte moduler uden at skulle slukke for hele chassiet. Hvis behovet er til flere medie konvertere, kender de fleste det resulterende kabel rod, med eksterne strømforsyninger samt kabler til hver konverter, dette ryddes der kraftigt op i, da alle moduler får strøm fra chassiet, som selvfølgelig er rack-monterbart.
